Contact Customer Service jolieboutique00@gmail.com and we will arrange your return.
Place the item(s) with all the original packaging inside the Jolie Pouch/Box
Attach the Returns Label (Shipping Airway Bill) and a signed Returns Note to the outside of your Jolie Pouch/Box and hand the courier. (Returns Label/Returns Note is included in your delivery pouch/box). Thats it!
We have a 10 day Return/Exchange Policy. Goods must be returned back to Jolie within 10 days. Please ensure to inform us immediately for a return/exchange so goods reach Jolie within the 10 days.
